ASHLEY'S CHICKEN SALAD DIP 
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans white chunk chicken in water, drained
1/4 cup light or regular mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellmann's)
1 tbsp. Grill Mates Montreal Chicken seasoning (McCormick)
1 or 2 bags plain Pita chips (any brand will work, but Kangaroo is a personal favorite)

Put the 2 cans of chicken in a medium sized bowl.

Take a fork and separate chicken into little strip like strands.

Put the 1/4 cup of mayonnaise into the same bowl and mix chicken and mayonnaise together.

Next add a tablespoon of chicken seasoning and stir as well.

Put chicken dip in a serving bowl with pita chips on the side.

Serves about 10-15 people. Hope you enjoy!

Variation: May substitute tuna for chicken.
