STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
4 c. mashed berries
8 c. sugar
2 pkg. Sure-Jell
2 c. water

Mix sugar and berries; let set 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir Sure-Jell in water, bring to boil 1 minute. Take from stove and add berries to Sure-Jell. Stir 2 minutes, pour in glasses. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours or until jelled. Then seal with paraffin. Freeze. 10 glasses or 5 pints.
