1/4 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
1 can condensed sweetened milk
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar in small skillet over moderate heat until melted and browned. Spread over bottom of 9 inch round glass pie plate. Combine other ingredients in blender, blend thoroughly. Pour into prepared pie plate. Set in a pan of hot wate.r Bake one hour at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate. To serve, turn out on platter, garnish with mandarin orange slides. Serves 8 to 10.
