GARLIC CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked grits
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Salt to taste

Cook grits by directions on box. Melt butter and cheese in warm grits. Add combined eggs, milk and salt. Put in buttered 2 quart casserole. Cover, bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
