CRANBERRY FLUFF 
2 c. raw cranberries, ground
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. diced apples, pared or unpared
1/2 c. walnut meats (opt.)
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream (heavy), whipped

Combine cranberries and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Next day, add apples, marshmallows, salt and nuts. Mix together, then fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serve as salad or dessert.
