SOURDOUGH BREAD 
Starter:

1 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. instant potatoes

Make Bread:

6 c. bread flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil (Canola)
1 c. starter
1 1/2 c. warm water

For starter; mix well and let stand for 12 hours. Always keep 1 c. starter to feed. Feed every 3 days. To make bread combine all the ingredients together, cover and let rise for 12 hours. Knead well and put into 3 loaf pans. Let rise 12 hours.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
