HOBO SUPPER 
2 lbs. hamburg
1 big onion
1 sm. pepper
1 can beef broth
8 to 10 potatoes
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburg, onions and pepper together. Drain the grease. Parboil the potatoes (sliced). Then put the hamburg into a greased casserole. Place the potato slices on top of the hamburg mixture. Then add one can of beef broth plus water to cover the mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Right before you take it out mix up some flour and water and add it to the mixture to thicken it.
