1 chocolate pound cake
Sm. box milk chocolate instant pudding, prepared according to directions
2 Skor candy bars, broken into sm. pieces
Reg. size container Cool Whip, med. size, thawed

In a 2 1/2 quart round glass bowl, clear looks best, slice pound cake into 1/2 inch slices and place along bottom and low sides of bowl. Cover with a layer of chocolate pudding. Sprinkle with broken candy pieces. Cover with layer of Cool Whip. Repeat all four layers. Sprinkle top with a few candy pieces for decoration. Chill until ready to use.
