DALTON SUMMER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. summer squash, sliced 1 lb. tomatoes, sliced 1/2 c. onions, sliced 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. celery salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix cheese and seasonings. In a rectangular casserole pan (use a non-stick spray) layer the bottom with vegetable slices. Sprinkle half the cheese mixture over the vegetables. Repeat with remaining vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
