CRAB WONTON NIBBLES 
8 oz. fresh crabmeat, well cleaned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp. A-1 sauce
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
36 wonton wrappers

Combine cream cheese, A-1 sauce, scallions and pepper. Fold in crabmeat and blend well. Place heaping teaspoon of mix in center of wrapper. Fold corners, brush edges with beaten egg and pinch together. Beat oil in wok to 375 degrees and fry until golden brown, 3 minutes. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard.
