CREAMED SWEET PEAS 
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 c. fresh sweet peas or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a medium saucepan, combine flour, sugar and milk; mix well. Add peas and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until peas are heated through and sauce has thickened. Yield: 4 servings.
