SUPER SUMMER SALAD 
1 lg. head fresh broccoli
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh carrots
2 lg. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 c. Italian dressing with cheese

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and steam until tender. Peel and slice carrots; steam until tender. Mix broccoli, carrots, cucumbers and onion together in a shallow bowl. Pour salad dressing over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
