REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
16 oz. container sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped 1 qt. drained sauerkraut 2 (4 oz.) pkg. corned beef, chopped 8 - 12 oz. grated Swiss cheese 4 slices rye bread crumbs 1 stick butter, melted Mix sour cream and onion. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with corned beef and sauerkraut. Add Swiss cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
