REUBEN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped

Mix sour cream and onion well. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained, rinsed & drained again

Layer sauerkraut on cream mix.

9 oz. chopped corn beef, layered on kraut
6 oz. (or desired amount) grated Swiss cheese, layer on corn beef.

4 slices dark rye bread, made into crumbs, layer on cheese

Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
