RICE KRISPIE BARS 
BOTTOM:

3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda, beat well. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or light brown. Take out and cover with one bag of miniature white marshmallows and return to oven for 3 minutes; cool.

TOP:

1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
3 1/4 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter and chocolate chips in double boiler. Mix Rice Krispies with chips and peanut butter. Spread over the marshmallows. Let stand until firm.
