CRAN-ORANGE YOGURT SHAKE 
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 whole (16 oz.) container low fat vanilla yogurt
2 whole oranges, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 whole medium sized banana, peeled and chopped

Puree 1 cup strawberry juice, 1 cup yogurt, 1 orange, 1 banana and half the allspice in blender. Pour into 2 quart pitcher. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Add to pitcher. Refrigerate until cold or overnight.
