CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 bag whole cranberries
2 small boxes heavy whipping cream
2 small boxes Jello (strawberry, cherry, or cranberry flavor)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

First: Grind cranberries either using a hand grinder or food processor then stir in sugar and store in fridge (also you can put nuts in now)

Second: Make Jello according to directions on box, then let stand in refrigerator until soupy.

Third: When Jello is ready, whip the cream in an electric mixer until it forms peaks, then mix together with Jello and nuts.

Cream whips more quickly in a chilled bowl, so, if you wish, you can place bowl and beaters in freezer until Jello is ready.
