BANANA CHERRY SPLASH 
This is healthy, low sugar and low calories!

1 banana
1 cup milk (I use reduced fat)
1/4 cup cherry juice (optional)
1 cherry

Put banana in blender. Add milk and juice (if using). Blend for 30 seconds, or until well blended (meaning no banana chunks). Once blended, add the cherry. Enjoy!

Serves 1.
