EASY ROCKY ROAD ICE CREAM 
3 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

In medium mixing bowl combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Cover. Freeze for 2 1/2 hours or until partially frozen, stirring after the first hour.

Beat the partially frozen mixture with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in miniature marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a freezer safe container. Apply seal, freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
