SHRIMP SALAD 
3 (6 oz.) cans tiny polar shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 stalk diced celery
3 tbsp. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of black pepper

Mix together, chill 2 hours and serve. Yields 6 servings. NOTE: Can be used to stuff tomatoes.
