HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed, thawed slightly
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Crushed corn flakes for top if desired

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all but flakes. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serves 12 to 15. This can be mixed up and refrigerated the night before you need it.
