EASY BAKED DISH 
3 c. raw, sliced potatoes
1 c. raw sliced carrots
1 lb. hamburger, fried
1 c. sliced onions

In a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole put in layers as listed. Using about half of the ingredients, then repeat again in layers, ending with onion slices. Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes and carrots. Season hamburger. Cover with 1 small can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 cup water. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
