LEMON FLUFF 
#1:

2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

#2:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

#3:

2 (sm. boxes) instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk

Place in a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

1. Mix "first" 3 ingredients with hand. Bake and let cool.

2. Beat "second" 3 ingredients and spread on cooled shell.

3. Beat "third" 2 ingredients with mixer, then layer on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Could decorate top with something.
