CROCKPOT BEEF OR PORK ROAST 
Wash meat and brown on both sides in skillet. Put in crockpot, add 2 tablespoons water, salt and pepper. Layer with carrots on top of meat then add potatoes next, then large onion, sliced. Start on high for about 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 4 to 5 hours. Before serving add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed in water. Add to vegetables let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with bread and salad. Full meal.
