CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 box round vanilla wafers

Use aluminized cupcake fillers.

Place wafer in each filler. Mix all other ingredients well. Will be lumpy. Fill cups 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool, top with blueberry or cherry pie filling.
