2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
18-20 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Whipping cream

Place 18-20 cupcake paper liners on a cookie sheet. Put a vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner and set aside.

Cream the cheese. Add the sugar and eggs and mix well. Add the vanilla. Pour mixture over each wafer in the liners until it is about 2/3 full. Position cookie sheet in the center of cooking grill. Cook 15-20 minutes.

Let cool. Before serving top each cupcake with cherry pie filling and whipping cream.
