PARTY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine and top with 2 cups (or less) crushed corn flakes. Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
