TACO POCKET 
Pocket bread
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1/4 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 avocado, chopped

Fry ground beef. Drain, mix in seasoning according to directions. Slice bread crosswise. Spread both sides of bread with sour cream. Layer ingredients, starting one on side of pocket, building to other side.

You can also use bread for BLT pocket, crab or shrimp pizza or use your imagination.
