CTC SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. chopped, boiled ham, cooked chicken or corned beef

Place Jello in bowl. Add water and stir until dissolved. Add mayonnaise; stir until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and place in 8x8 square pan or mold. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
