TENDER ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 can water
Salt & pepper to season

Season steak and cut into serving pieces. Place in crock pot with sliced onion and tomato sauce and water. Let cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Thicken gravy with flour. Remove from crock pot and place steak in pie dish. Top with 1 can biscuits and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
