CREAMY CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked rice
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine sour cream, chopped chilies, salt and pepper in buttered 2 quart casserole. Layer rice, sour cream mixture and top with slices of Monterey Jack cheese. Continue alternating layers ending with sour cream mixture. Top with cheddar cheese or Velveeta slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minute or until bubbly.
