SALMON SALAD 
1 tbsp. salt
3 qts. boiling water
4 oz. pkg. macaroni (opt. macaroni rings)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced sweet pickles
1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. canned salmon
1 sm. can peas (opt.)

Cook macaroni 10 minutes in salted water. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well. Combine all ingredients. Chill for an hour or so. Serves 4 to 6.
