ROAST BEEF 
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (4 to 5 lb.) bottom round roast
1 (10 oz.) cola
12 oz. chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce

Rub salt, pepper and garlic into roast. Brown in oil. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours (or until tender). Serves 8-10.
