Melt together:

1 stick butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter

Pour over 8 cups Rice Chex cereal. Coat cereal well and cool. Shake cereal in bag with 2 cups powdered sugar. Serve in large crock or new dog food bowl.
