I personally did not like this recipe. It has too much cinnamon and very bready. I like the thicker bread overlay with the gelatinous peach mixture on bottom.

I used the juice from the cans of fruit too, and cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups. As I started to pour the milk in I realized it was going to be way too much. I used a little less than 1/2 cup, which made the batter about the consistency of cake batter. I think next time I will mix some cinnamon into the batter as well as sprinkling it on the top. Everyone liked this dessert.

Sprinkling brown sugar on the top about half way through, tastes really good also.

I'm not a baker but I really enjoyed this recipe. Instead of using Peaches, I used Pie Filling and swirled it in after I mixed the matter. It was positively delicious. Next time, I will cut down the milk to 1-1/2 cups and that will make the consistency just about right. Still, it was a very good recipe and didn't take more than 5 minutes preparation before popping it in the oven.

Very good. I made it with a 29 oz. can of drained peaches and baked for 55 minutes at 350°F.
