MARTHA'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
4 c. noodles (1/2 lb.)
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground meat
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. minced scallions
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles and drain. Brown meat in skillet with butter. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat. Combine cream cheese and next 4 ingredients.

In a 2 quart casserole put half of noodles. Cover with half of melted butter. Cover with cheese mixture then other half of noodles and melted butter. Pour ground meat and tomato sauce mixture on top and bake. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
