1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Romano or Swiss cheese
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. water

Mix meats, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and 2 tablespoons of dry sauce. Roll into balls. Bake on a cookie sheet 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.

Sauce: Mix rest of dry mix, tomato sauce, and water in a saucepan. Add spices such as garlic, red peppers and Tabasco sauce to taste. Add meat balls to sauce and simmer. The longer the better.
