DISHWASHER SALMON FILLETS | |
6 (6-10 oz.) salmon fillets or 6 (10-12 oz.) salmon steaks 6 tsp. butter Lemon pepper Spray a glass plate with Pam. Place salmon on plate. Put thin slices of butter (1 teaspoon) on each and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Place plate on foil and cover fish airtight. Put large piece of foil on top and tuck under so water cannot get into foil seams. Put in dishwasher on lowest rack or if your dishwasher shoots water only in middle, you have to set it on the top rack. Set the dishwasher on its highest setting. Fish should go through wash-rinse, wash-rinse, hot dry (complete cycle should be no longer than 1 hour) and your fish is ready. Open foil, drain juice in a pot. Cover fish with foil and keep warm in oven. |
