SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATO & CAPER
SAUCE
 
4 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp. olive oil
29 oz. S & W cut up tomatoes
1/2 c. rinsed capers
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
Garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper to taste
1 lb. spaghetti

Saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and capers. Season to taste. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 20 minutes. Add fresh herbs. Cook 5 minutes or more. Keep sauce hot and prepare pasta. Toss hot pasta with sauce and serve.
