STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
2 extra lg. zucchini
1 pkg. pepperoni, cut up
2 crushed garlic
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan
2 lb. Italian sausage
2 lg. onions

Parboil zucchini and scrape out. Brown meat and add rest of ingredients and saute until done.

Combine all and stuff shells. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until done about 1 hour. (You can add celery, use shredded cheese and get creative with what you add.) This is great main dish, serve with salad and garlic bread.
