STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
1 1/2 pt. sweetened fresh strawberries
1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
3 c. cold milk
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream
3 c. Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers

Heat the sweetened berries with gelatin until dissolved. Do not add water. Set aside to cool. Beat together milk and pudding. Stir in sour cream and then fold in Cool Whip. Layer wafers, Cool Whip mixture and strawberry mixture in 3-quart bowl. Repeat. Top with Cool Whip. Yield: 10-12 servings.
