CHOCTAW PERSIMMON CAKE | |
1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. persimmon pulp 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. butter, softened Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well then pour into a well greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes. This is good served with a whipped topping. |
