MR. B'S PERSIMMON CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove while still warm and dust with powdered sugar.
