FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade 3 c. thawed Cool Whip (Birds Eye) 1 can sliced peaches (16 oz.) 1 can pear halves (8 1/2 oz.) Drain and chop fruits. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add concentrate lemonade. Stir well. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold and slice. |
