FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade
3 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced pears

Drain and chop fruits. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened, approximately 1 1/4 hours.

Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9x11 inch oblong pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into squares. Makes 16-24 servings.

NOTE: Orange gelatin and frozen orange juice can be substituted.
