VEG - ALL DISH 
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. bell peppers, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

2 c. cheese crackers
1/2 stick butter

Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of casserole, cut butter on top and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
