VEG-ALL DISH 
2 cans veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

15 to 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter

Combine in an oven proof dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top of casserole, slice butter and place on cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
