DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 sm. jars German dried beef
3 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 spring onions, size sm. to med.

Reserve 6 slices of beef, cut remaining beef and onions (plus tips) into small pieces. Stir Accent and Worcestershire sauce into onions and beef; mix well. Form into ball and wrap with reserved slices of beef.

Serve with "Sociable" crackers. Will keep 1 to 2 weeks in refrigerator if wrapped properly. Also freezes well.
