TEA CAKES 
1 c. buttermilk
1 heaping tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
Flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. butter, melted (3 sticks)

Add butter to rest of ingredients. Then add flour. I use about 10 cups. Add 4-5 cups at a time and mix. Roll out 1/4 of dough at a time. Bake at 300 degrees just until brown on bottom.
