TACO CASSEROLE 
1 can enchilada sauce
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
3-4 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Mix soup and mushrooms in saucepan. Heat and stir well. Set aside. Saute hamburger and onions. Drain. Grease deep baking dish or Dutch oven. Layer tortillas (torn in pieces) meat, soups and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
